Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Horowhenua Motorcycle Club Inc, will be held Wednesday 22nd June 2011 at 7.30pm for 8pm start, at the Waikanae Chartered Club, Elizabeth Street, Waikanae

AGENDA:
1. Approval of the minutes of the previous AGM;
2. Financial Accounts;
3. Presidents Report;
4. Election of officers and members of the Committee; *
5. Approval of the annual subscription;
6. Amendments to the rules; **
7. Other special resolutions; **
8. General Business

* Elections shall take place by calling for nominations from the floor, and subsequent voting by ballot.  Only current members of Horowhenua Motorcycle Club Inc. can be nominated/elected as an officer or committee member.

** Any member wishing to move a motion requiring a special resolution must give a notice of motion in writing to the Secretary at least 14 days before the meeting. 

The meeting is open to all club members - come along and support the club! 
This is a chance to meet the committee and other club members.
